I would seriously doubt streamray is doing 1000 new paying joins a day. There's no way they're going to pay out 105K+ dollars a day for months to cover a 105 dollar a paying member promo. Most webmasters can't realize that while you're selling surfers...programs are selling you.
Pimproll is fucking huge. I think most "join a day" webmasters understimate the size of that program. Look at that exit broker dealio...they're doing millions of exit hits a month - that's with pop up blockers. It's impressive.
AFF is up there so is clickcash. Wegcash has an email database that probably puts them in the running. TCG has some very serious & loyal webmasters so they're probably around there.
There's probably some sleepers as well. I imagine metart is doing a nice volume.
