For free joins (no credit card, just email,etc) I could personally send 1000 free joins to Cams a day, that doesn't mean much if only 50 actuallty spend money.
AFF has to be up there, if they are grossing over 10 million a month, that can't all be rebilling, they have to have a ton of new paying members as well.
No doubt ifriends/clickcash is up there, I would bet the their top 20 affiliates send in 1,000+ joins per a day, but that is just my guess.
