I doubt there is any program who gets even close to 1000 signups/day . more over , TCG does 50-60 joins per day and they are trully one of the biggest .
maybe 6-7 years ago when there weren't restriction to 'legal' lolita kind paysites there were few who made few hundreds signups per day .

I just had to respond to this. 50-60 a day?! Where do you get your obviously misguided information. I've been with TCG for over five years and I can assure you without getting into specific numbers, we far exceed 50-60 joins a day.
Look for a new source of information.
