Legislation like this will only result in innocent people getting spied on and using the data to force regulation into effect that have nothing to do with preventing terrorist acts. Do you really think a terrorist is discouraged by not beeing able to use his credit card?
If I see the stuff that the US government is forcing on their citizen I have to say the terrorist did already win. They forced a changed of your lifestyle on you and its sad that the government actively works this angle.
Everyone should read Orwells 1984 and think about what is about to come.
