You just don't get the point... I could make a gallery using the hardcore parts of that video and easily get 50+ sales that week, but because it does not accurately represent the rest of the site those members are NOT going to rebill and many of them will be pissed off and charge back.
That video is the most hardcore part of her site and your friend was giving it away for free... Of course he doesn't deserve to keep the money generated from it, that's like a spammer sending out 10000000 emails to generate sales then expecting to keep the revenue even though it's against the programs terms.
