I think the main reason why this NO Fault stuff passed legislation was to cut down on fraud that is plaguing our society.
After thinking about this for a bit, anyone with a new car is still going to need insurance ( i would think) either required by the finance company or you'd be dumb to drive around in a new car with no insurance.
Also leased vehicles will still need it.
I also just realized motorcycles never have needed it, I often wondered how they get away with that. I have 2 of bikes with no insurance, I guess they feel that you can't do much damage to someone else on one.
