yes...it is killer pain when i first lay down and when i move to either side
also if i sit up fast...wow...lets just say im sitting up by using my arms now.

yes someone else suggested to keep working out when i can.
also wrapping the ribs to not let them move as much.

i sneezed the other day as well..and wow..that was an experience..lol

thanks ill try the cold and heat therapy for sure
