Don't you in fact just rent the space from the person that actually owns the studio when he's not using it?

BTW, I got a call earlier this evening from a person that stated in no uncertain terms that you bragged to him about being behind the "letters in neighbor's mailboxes" dirty tricks job against Joe (AMA Content).
Oh and who is performing the song in the Nautica trailer? I found a MySpace page that has it, but I figure since you have the license to use it, you must know.
