I don't see what the big deal is. It's a no brainer. Don't have sex on the beach!
It's illegal to have sex in public in the US too! And if you get caught, you're probably not going to get a warning. You'll get a Taser right in the dick!
And it's not like the current US administration likes porn any more than Dubai does. If we had 4 more years of Bush, porn would be illegal.
