We sell the ads on a cpm basis and pay out on a cpm basis (so we pay for every ad impression served). The payments go out net30 days from the end of the month. Rates depend upon what we sell it for, your country mix, what is targeted to your site, etc. We grew from 0 to over 5,000 webmasters in three years by word of mouth b/c we do our best to make you as much money as possible.
