This is no generalization, nor is it the first time Verotel has displayed very poor customer service.
I have two support issues that have gone without a response and one that DID get a response that said it would take up to a week to look into.
Keep in mind these are transaction type issues that should be very easy to fix.
Perhaps you can get them to answer everyone elses tech issues in an hour - lol
My prediction is that Verotel will not respond.
