I am not saying they are perfect toots. Neither is CCB, or others I have used in the past.
There have been more complex issues that have taken a day, or couple to resolve. However, I PICK UP THE PHONE and CALL THEM when e-mail is not moving fast enough.
Novel concept, I know, but they do have phone support.
