Yea see that's what I agree with too.. Even if you got rid of religion man would come up with something else to take it's place. I watched a show on TV a while back where they said it's a basic need of the human mind to be part of something that's bigger than one's self.
They claimed it's what made humans work together to join clans, villages,cities, govts religions ect..ect.. which eventually civilized us.
