Not sure if I already posted this when I saw it, but I was just thinking about this earlier today.

There is a TV show called Principals Office or some shit on TruTV. The show follows principals of different schools all over the nation to show us discipline problems and what dumb shit kids do in High School.

Well, in Texas the policy is if you get into enough trouble to warrant saturday detention you have a choice. You can take three smacks with a paddle, or do a day of saturday detention.

Now then, the principal is a big guy. He's from Texas, and looks every bit of 300+lbs. The girl on the show that chose the paddle looked like an average high school girl, she looked maybe 16 -17 now then... is it MORAL for a 55 year old man to be spanking a 16 yr old girl on gov't property? I know it's meant as corporal punishment, but doesn't that seem like if they were off school grounds and not related as they clearly are not, wouldn't that be illegal seeing as how she's under age?

Some of the girls at 17 are very well developed. At some point having a 17yr old girl with a fully formed body bent over in your closed office while you're spanking her HAS to conjure sexual feelings. I'm not saying he doesn't have self control. I'm saying that the situation is very inappropriate.

Even if the girl were 18 and legally an adult, and say she got held back a year in school, and she ended up in the office, bent over and he's standing over her paddling her. I still don't think that's right even though she's 18.
