i dont know nothing about smf, but i heard its a good one ... vbulletin is having some problems with db and you can lost some posts with vb ... phpbb was good with version 2 but had shitty spam control, version 3 has better spam control, but it is causing 500 internal server error if you have bigger traffic ... so ... lets try smf or ipb ...
