Good points. The kids who don't want to pay for Internet connections or don't pay because Dad does will be fucked. Try accessing a site at that speed with a million others doing the same. And that will be the real problem if it's taken up. Millions of people accessing it at once will slow it down. Why should the ISP bid for this knowing it's going to cost him billions to upgrade his system to give it away for free and get it ground to a snail pace. Hang on it's already at a snails pace.
It will tempt those who don't want to pay, not our biggest market.
