Don't host with them, nor have I had this issue but if you post a little more info perhaps one of us could help you out more.
Does the DB get corrupted or does it just go down?
Does it work when you restart it?
What error messages do you have?
Can you connect to the DB when the problem happens or is it denying all connections?
