so are you saying that youtube selectively pulls user uploads of the same content, but will ignore user uploads of non-signed up labels? I hope some companies that have the legal resources are keeping track of this... maybe a huge class action suit representing 10000's of smaller artists and bands? |
they must, i notice everytime a label was added all the videos from that label from users were suddenly gone. alot of time they dont allow embedding the videos ( because then they wont get a cut from the ads )
i.e. they removed a users video from public enemy then put the exact same video up from the label , but now it can't be embedded
