Hi again spacedog I just contacted ccbill to review what you posted about my join page droping ccbill affiliate id and here is there reply.
"I understand you have gotten reports of affiliate ID numbers not being passed through properly to the join page of your site. I have tested the affiliate URL you provided using of the affiliate IDs on your account. The affiliate ID does pass through to the join page. Everything appears to be working properly. "
