If you want to buy and sell domains, best bet is to find domains that match

#1 - not plural
#2 - limited niche
#3 - has numbers and letters
#4 - too many characters (limits type-ins)

also deleted lists, or about to delete style lists work well, if you can snag a PR4-5 with that, your typically solid for fast resale. There are other criteria as well - I am sure others could suggest.

I have a program i use, it will literally scan pages of people selling domains, but not seriously enough to not allow them to go to delete status ... make sense?
