Interesting. From the point of a content provider, would a thumbnail skimmed to another tube, fhg, mgp/tgp or paysite (other than your own), where that content is owned legally, be considered theft? If the content was not legally owned and you where skimming unaware would that be theft? Does that matter, and how would you even know?
