The Palestinians in Gaza speak the same Arabic dialect as the neighboring Egyptians. One could even argue that they are "Egyptian".
But of course, let's all blame Israel. After all, why should Arabs have to help their Arab brethren?
Remember something.... Until a few days ago, Gaza was NOT Israel occupied. Israel evacuated its citizens from Gaza in September 2005.
