Looks like 1930's or possibly early 40's vintage to me as well.
Oldest porn I ever saw was a loop that was supposedly from the early 20's. I don't remember where I saw it but it looked pretty much like this except that the film was jumpier and the girl had that quintessential 20's "flapper" look going on.
