There's a problem with calculating BMI by using height and weight.
The problem is that muscle weighs more than fat. They can take a shredded and ripped up bodybuilder or football player or any athlete who is 6 foot tall and 275 pounds for instance and he would come up as "obese"
So don't let that bmi calculation discourage you too much. Go with what your mirror and a tape measure are telling you.
