well nowadays a cell is a must for safety so there is no achievment needed to get that , she still has to pay for her own minutes.
I have never really tied rewards or punishments to learning with any of my kids because they all do well without my intervention so i hate to mess up a good thing. My daughter gets mostly a's, doesnt do drugs, doesnt have a boyfriend and she does her chores, there isnt much more i could ask of her.
Its not about the money its about not spending top dollar when i dont have to
