I guess you didn't realize that you would be seen as mean by it, but I'll give you an explanation. (and some of us tried to help the guy with helpful advice and not try to make him feel worse about himself)
A hot girl that can have a dozen willing guys any night of the year if they wanted, hassling a dude that hasn't been laid in 6 years (and LOL'ing about it) is kind of like somebody sitting down to a big turkey dinner on thanksgiving LOL'ing at some guy in the desert in Africa somewhere that is waiting for a bowl of rice from some relief agency.
