Why? Because they're honest, mellowed out, and obviously they have the "hook-up".
Seriously though, I know some extremely well-educated and competent persons who do smoke up "every day". Several of them are very wealthy and have no qualms about their favorite pastime.
Obviously, they don't live in the US either.
