I just went over the ticket and this is what I found:
1. The server is in service since March 2008 .
2. You are an UNMANAGED client.
3. You should always have backups of your content.
The fact that you are an unmanaged client alone should tell you that our guys went the long distance to get you back online, they cloned the failing hard drive so your data loss will be minimal if any and indeed you are back online.
As an unmanaged customer what they should have done is to tell you that a reinstall is needed and plug your bad drive as a secondary and let you copy whatever you could of it, but let?s punish them for thinking about a customer.
Hard Drives DO FAIL! It is a fact I don?t see where the confusion is.
What I fail to understand why you lashed out on the techs that tried to help you by calling them names and drunks or insult them??
