So let me get this straight – you give your customer piece of shit hardware that fails upon few months of use. It causes lots of downtime and needless stress to your customer, who instead of growing his business, must put everything else behind and deal with this crap. He gets responses from techs that take forever while his sites are down and when you eventually bother to respond, you attack the customer. Congrats to your company.
