If you had backups, why would you opt for the cloning process?
We could've gotten you back online in 10 minutes with a new drive for you to restore your data or you could've canceled the cloning process after a few hours in.
So, as your last post recapped. You are pissed off -- just because. I also can emphasize with you, a drive dieing can be a tough thing. So no hard feelings.
We worked on cloning your drive diligently, all your updates to the ticket were responded too very quickly.
It just seems that because the cloning process takes a long time, you assumed we weren't doing anything to help you -- even though we told you the percentage it was along, and explained that the drive was in bad condition and the disk cloner was doing its thing.
I appreciate your business for these past 12 months Mike, and sad to see you go in this manner.
