They slacked to provide a solution, and couldnt even perform a clone
This is what we know
1. The name server died and the server was spewing out a few
messages about controller problems
This means har drive failure??? maybe?? who the fuck cares
Oh because I didnt order a backup service with them.... i have to wait a week for them to decide what route they want to take??

for all we know the cable came unloose and he could have opened checkded ,pluged it back in and seen what the problem was..
the fact is.. they did nothing but ATTEMPT TO CLONE IT

THEN JUST DROP SUPPORT ALTOGETHER UNTIL I PESTERED THEM
