Obviously its EVERYONE'S FAULT. Dem's Repub's Obama's Voter's each one of us who just stood by and watched in disbelief as home prices rocketed up to unsustainable levels. Its all our faults now for letting Obamahood steal from the rich to line the looter's pockets.
The solution is to repeal all restrictions on land use, zoning, etc. and Let land be put to its greatest use. The limits on office space in san francisco caused the worst pollution ever as companies were forced to expand into suburbs leaving people to sit in their cars to commute all in hopes to preserve the size of SF... you can't stop supply and demand. Politicians know they will be instantly invalidated the second they sit down and shut up.
Every tax $ you pay is going to make our lives worse, that's the sad reality. We all know what happens when you throw money at a problem.
