It wont be long before someone from the company comes in. But basically Twistys owns a domain that they hold TM on. Someone in another country has a similar domain with an additional word on it that they hold a TM on in their country. Twistys wants that domain and has legally asked for it. The other guy has spent about 2 years developing and building it.
