So, now I have to do research for you and prove to you that your site is a mess? That's absurd. If you don't want feedback, why did you ask for it?
I'm not in this discussion to be a dick towards you. I'm giving you my genuine impression of your site. If you were really concerned with it doing the absolute best it could, then you would be open to my thoughts.
Just take one of my points.. the preview video on your tour. What is the point? It tells me nothing about the site and doesn't even give me an idea of your content, unless all your videos are just quick edits with goofy, pointless sound effects.
