Malware removal question
sonofafuckingbitch got me again - an image hosting site - so now I'm running SuperAntiSpyware and it recommends doing a full scan on all Fixed Drives - I have 2 500 GB drives in my pc - one is just photo content, like 200 gigs of nothing but jpegs - do I really have to scan that drive? Malware doesn't attach itself to jpegs does it? I'm nowhere close to finishing the scan on my main drive and it's already over an hour.
So you think I can bypass scanning the secondary internal drive that has nothing but jpegs on it?
so far i have 28 items connected to Vundo - a rootkit agent - three trojans unknown origin - trojan FakeAlert - a change to boot sector of disk - yay for malware!!!
