Sounds like Americans on GFY won't be able to bash the living hell out someone in a hostile way. Kind of like..... life.

You can get banned on GFY for such attacks. too. Almost all other boards will ban ya well before GFY would.
What sucks is 'people' take the attacks on the Internet to seriously. And Companies actually need protection from groups of people that do nothing but attack. Thus a law like this is bound to make it through, if not now - it will at some point.
