Incest porn goes way back to the 70's - it's a story line that unfortunately many like to play on for traffic and profit. Rape or forced anything as well although illegal is still promoted but of couse with disclaimers everywhere.
Although I do not understand it's appeal - I am not a lawyer to know what countries it is allowed or not over the net. Porn plays to all fantasies - some prefer grabbing the money from the fringe and anytime that happens - it's only a matter of patience until the legal system catches up to them
