If he tried to do this with you there, what do you think happens when you ARE NOT there to see it.
I would have a serious conversation with him outlining how to show respect to the mother of his child, his in-laws, his child and the home that is yours.
If that respect is a problem for him to show, then it will only get worse over the years and your daughter can find herself the victim of a lot worse than what's happening now.
It needs to stop now. You and HER need to take action.
