You should train him not to pull.

get a prong collar. Just make sure you use it correctly. Most people have no idea how they are used because they don't come with instructions.

They go high on the neck, just under the ears. Use just enough links to make it snug. It's impossible for the dog to pull if its on correctly. If its loose and low on the neck, then it could become a choker(with prongs) and thats not good.

I trained my Lab with one when he was having pulling problems.
You should focus on some training, or he's going to pull your arm out, or get loose from you. If you want some tips other than the prong collar, let me know.
