hmm perhaps...but from what ive been told and researched, its all state by state laws...

so if you get a ticket in florida, as long as you dont go back to that sTATE and get pulled over agian, ur safe

also, you can visit the states as much as you want, as long as you dont get pulled over again....

correct me if im wrong..this was my perception
