That country is notorious for that stuff bumping off "johns" and taking their money. A gang use to get girls to drug them first then later they would be suffocated with a pillow. Some would die from the drug alone but either way it could look like a heart attack it's been going on for years. There is a lot of poverty there so people going there for sex are the easy targets. Kinky looking deaths like that are not uncommon. They are not safe tourist places to visit.
