Right, it might not be a full vid, but it's 32 seconds of serious shit. Every one of those mouseover movies is hosted on Microsoft's servers, without any documents to prove that the models are legal, no disclaimers, no identity checks, just some bullshit "Safe search Off" checkbox.

by doing so, they also are copyright infringers for making a derivative work.

so for the content owner, a dilemma... let the infringement go because it could give them traffic.. or try to have their content taken down via DMCA and now lose the potential traffic.
