I designed a site awhile back for a friend to launch their own solo site. Apparantly on their site they had pictures and video of them with a celebrity.

Anyways it seems someone downloaded the content and it was "sold" to tabloid agencies who are trying to sell the video, meanwhile the pictures have also appeared on popular gossip sites since the tabloid company leaked it there. Would my friend's company have any legal ground to stop the publishing of these hardcore pictures and who owns the monetary rights to these pictures? Thanks.
