I can get that shot out of the cam, no photoshop at all. I use the Gary Fong litesphere w/ Cloud dome. and a circular polarizer , and bam no post production, except watermark.
Also Canon has a great setting called " landscape " picture profile that increase the contrast in the blues and sharpens the image a bit.
I used to use my big Profoto kit 2400DR with three heads, dont need it anymore for outside shots, the gary fong lite sphere blows it away. Simple fast and easy.
