It's not 'Russian mentality' being discussed here at all, but 'scammer mentality'. Many things can turn a person into a scammer, and being poor, having a difficult life, are surely some of the major ones. There's a high majority of such people in Russia; that's true. But just because you had a few Russian scammers doesn't mean they all think that way...
