LOL you are so funny. I would not tag all the people of certain nationality because of having bad experience with some mother fucker. I lived in Israel for last five years, and even after that I can't say that all Israelis are scams (but yeah, very many of them). Especially in first years, I got scammed many times by people, companies, and especially, the government. So, Russia isn't the worst example. There are much more examples from Nigeria and China. Whole world is a scam.
PS. My father is Russian and I truly never met someone who was more honest.
