I may be speaking for myself here but I love it when a girl is walking the fine line of bliss and pain because the size of my penis. And in the end she'd much rather walk (if she can after) that fine line with me then count sheep as you're pumping away.
But again...we wouldn't expect a guy with a 2 inch penis to understand any of that.
