I don't think she was a major player in that scheme. Perhaps there were bigger fish associated with her. Maybe she rolled over and cooperated with the feds and gave them info about the head hancho that they needed and she got off easy as a reward. This kinda thing happens all the time. Informers gett'n off easy....
