He puts a man's life in jeopardy because his daughter said 'fuck' over a 911 call.
And then doesn't feel he's accountable for it.
Decorated cop or not - that's just not acceptable. He should be hauled in front of a disciplinary board and dealt with accordingly.
Utterly ridiculous.
