you could be suffering from a drug induced psychosis, or a temporary reaction to overdose, toxic thing
i'm no doctor but these things unfortunatelly happen
go to hospital, call a doctor first and explain the situation, take the bottle with you, chinese herbs can be dangerous. really... if you're worried, do it god damnid, 2 days no sleep isn't normal
